Won us prem and cup in his 1st season - ok shite this calender yr but we/city can't keep on sacking after 1 bad season - what message does that send out to prospective managers? Peps contract runs out in 2016 I believe. So if the count can't bring in the goods nxt season we could have pep in for season after - sorted?

If Pep is on the agenda. But if not & they have another manager in mind, they may have to do it sooner because of circumstances, if that person becomes available.
No point in sacking him unless they have a definite improvement lined up. I don't see Ancelotti as that personally. Real's performance v Shalke was much worse than ours last night when you compare the standard of the 4 teams.

So who do we sign as the nxt manager if not Pep? I hear Gus Poyet is a free agent now :) But seriously if The Count is to go - as you say who would be an improvement?

I know it's hard to grasp but Anchovie has won 3 European Cups which means he fucking gets how to win in Europe. If that's what the Sheik wants, then he's a million times a better option than Mancini or the Count has been.
Do you really believe that Barca team is that much better than we are? I don't. I think we were mugs across two legs and, again, for the fourth time in 2 years we set up shop to play to their strengths.
cheers

Was he expecting extra time and penalties ?
His decision making is poor .His selection is poor. Time and time again Edin has got important goals for us and he brings on Bony, who clearly hasn't got an effin clue how this team plays.
