All factual events I gather.
Jimmy Saville, Gary Glitter, Adolf Hitler, Harold Shipman now they are or were all cunts...
Stevie G doesn't really qualify for a cunt in my book..

I never mentioned a sister - his wifes or otherwise

He has some personal baggage, but let's remember the player for what he was, the best English player of his generation,

More talented than Matt le Tissier?
A better leader, a better all round player, a more influential player, yes, he is all of those things and more. But not in a million years the most talented.

I never saw Le Tissier live......but it depends what you call talent doesn't it, I'm not interested in kick ups and fancy flicks, Gerrard had everything else

People go on about Scholes and how 'world class' he was because he scored two wonder goals a season...its bollocks. Gerard carried Liverpool singlehanded on many occasions and most importantly to a champions league final win. The guy in his day had it all. He was a leader, he could ping a pass from one side of the pitch to the other, he could tackle, he scored many fantastic AND important goals. The guy was fuckin class. Not sure what he was like off the pitch because I've never met him but on it he was in a league of his own.

Not sure about best English midfielder, but a lot of what you say about him is true. Wouldn't necessarily agree about him single handedly carrying Liverpool in the champs league final. I would argue that the changing of that game was Didi Hamman in the second half. Actually the more I disect what you say the less I agree with.
He owes Liverpool nothing though. Served them well but well past it now.
