Ref says 2 mins extra time , continues hoping that Bayern score. Levandowski forgets to dive and the extra linesman forgets that he is flagging for the Arse rather than the Bartzis.

Yep. Apparently they charged the Rags over £60 prr ticket when they usually pay around £140 for a full season. Strange because I remember them charging us around £50 when we went to theres.

It was either 60 sniffs sterling or €60 a couple of years ago. Nothing cheap about it. Barca ramped up their prices 400% for our visit. Two years ago they charged us £76, when the Sarurday previously, the same seats were £19.
Rip off prices abroad too.

I will not agree with you, I think the protest was a very good way of taking up ticket prices

What would you have them do miss their team's CL match ? someone else will take their place

Missing first 5 minutes was an ingenious way of protesting for me !

Yes, good point. Because after booking hotels and flights early, I decided I'd like to pay a load of cash for a ticket, so I deliberately set the price high.

It is indeed what ?

Let's see.... I wonder , over the last decade how many threads have been started about away ticket prices and City fans being ripped off ?.

Here are just two possible replies.

1. Well since you have decided to invest so much money in flights and hotels. Let's not forget meals, local travel, heaven forbid beer and other refreshments. The entrance fee is a problem ?

2. Time after time City fans get ripped off . Arsenal for example.

These clubs will always try to rip city fans off because so many want to travel to watch City.

If we all become armchair fans for a few away games perhaps the clubs will take notice .

of course it is narrow, I only gave two possible replies !

Here's another one

3. How much do you think it costs a City fan living abroad to get to a home match ? No season ticket, must become a club member as well.

Air tickets, hotel, meals, beer, beer, taxis, eventually a ticket for the game. Let's not forget the hours on the phone to City ticket office being diverted by
'Select number 1 ' on your phone , ( no guarantee of a ticket either). Bank fees for buying a ticket.

I am sure there are many, many possible answers to the problem of the CL opposition teams charging exorbitant prices (only ? ) to City fans.

The ticket is part of the experience of the visit abroad in the CL.
The visit alone is expensive enough, but if you go that far , the ticket price becomes almost an after thought.

Sit back V the Rags as they will be doing. I fancy us to create more as they chase the game, Chase it from the off and that will Butthead's perfect game-plan. They are a counter attack team first and only plan.
