Are you sure its not SKY that is blocking this as the BBC did with the cup-tie?

That's what I suspect.

Rejected by the Premier League .

He suggests, TV rights may have something to do with it.

Pellers makes a really good point about the scheduling and I'm glad he brought it up. It would be common sense to play the game on Saturday allowing the team maximum time to rest for the big game in the CL.

But no, they continue to hinder the only team carrying the British flag in Europe and that is astonishing.

Real Madrid play on Saturday, at home, giving them an real advantage and to top it all we are also on a later kick off than normally scheduled.

Absolute plums the fucking lot of them and it's clear to see they have no interest in is progressing, preferring to air a CL final with Real in rather than City.

I don't want to defend the FA but I do think there's a lot of considerations to be made. I remember reading a few yers ago (think MRM posted the article) about the nightmare of allocating all the fixtures, considering transport, police resources and the lot. I think that if they could've, like with Stoke, the game would've been moved.

Consideration should be made to the team before the fixture is allocated for TV. This week and last week were already CL semi finals weeks sincr the start of the season, so every effort should have been made to avoid putting city on a Sunday. It was an easy task but they fuck us over at every opportunity.

We're not even in the title race and they knew it. Fucking deliberate if you ask me (which you didn't, but if you did).

Yeah I can agree with that. Should've been thought of when the games were set, if it wasn't. But the fact that they refused to change the date now (probably) has nothing to do with ill will.

Well well , all the panel on SKY soccer Saturday have just slated the Premier League and the FA for not bringing the game forward 24 hours . They saying the FA,s excuse of us Man City DID NOT approach THEM to move the game forward ????? What the fuck is that sort of excuse FFS ????? Absolute disgrace yet again from the FA and the Premier League .

Ps also SKY stating nothing to do with them and would have excepted the game being moved .
