I agree. Sterling was great at Sevilla but he's been awful lately. Play the Yaya card.

In all honesty i think the problem with Sterling is that Aguero does not want to play with the guy. I have watched all season Aguero fail to give him that necessary pass to let him. Sterling is a run on to ball player not a to my feet player and IMHO Clichy is the only player that makes this type of pass regularly.

Mangala has to start ahead of Otamendi.

Otamendi was lucky in the first leg not to make any huge mistakes but he was still diving in every time. That is just unacceptable at this level. He was back to his usual shit self against Southampton.

I'm torn on whether to play Yaya or Sterling. Yaya is a big game player and this is the type of match where he would thrive, but he has been a liability for much of this season. Last week Real Madrid took control of the game once we went to having 4 in midfield. With Yaya playing we would essentially be playing with 4 in midfield as he will not defend.

Sterling has been off-form since he returned from injury but he has played in well in the CL this season and our team has a better shape when we play him and Navas on the wings. Also, playing Sterling would allow us to play KDB in the middle which is where he is at his best.

But we don't know how fit Yaya is. Yesterday it wasn't even clear if he was on the plane so he might not be fit enough to start.

Problem is we are exposing Clichy to monkey boy as aguero walks towards our own goal.

Yes but its a CL semi final. I expect levels of endeavour and commitment we saw from last nights game. If Aguero, or anyone for that matter doesnt pull their tripe out they can fuck off

what about the french lesbian? couldnt find news on his status. if eligible and fit I rather have the fron four like

KDB Aguero Nasri
Nacho

leaving Yaya for an impact half an hour to burst on teared legs

Sterling on the left for me to help nullify the Welsh Alice band. Navas to protect Sagna from the Tranny. KDB in the middle with Yaya to come into that role later on and KDB going to wherever.

Remember, we've never lost a Champions League semi final, so no reason we will tonight!

Sterling cannot start. He loses possession far too easily. Yaya may not be fit enough to start so we have a real problem without Silva and Nasri.
Sterling could not cope at Anfield so he would struggle here on a big occasion against a big club. MP got some stick for taking him off but it was MP who backed him by starting him. I can't see him doing that again. It's Nacho in the middle if Yaya can't make it.

Can't be worse than sterling. And with support of other first teamers Gotta be more dependable.

Or just stick Kolarov there. He once scored a screamer ;)
