I don't have a clue who would be our next captain out of that shower but I know one who must have been spinning in his grave after last night's gutless performance. Mike Doyle.

We need a leader, not just a captain.

Let's go and get John Terry for a season, cant be any worse than the bottle jobs currently at the club.

It should be POGBA but finances and Juventus saying he isnt for sale is a problem.

Can we sign Wes Morgan and Huth?

Yaya couldn't arsed walking all the way to Joe.

At this moment in time I would happily take two cloggers who's primary job is to defend. If you would have picked Lecister starting 11 up last night and dropped them in place of ours they would have done a far better job.

can you imagine the abuse he would've got had he jogged all the way back to Hart to give him the armband.

Tongue in cheek. He should have given it to someone else to bring it to Hart.

Aguero as captain will be funny as fuck.

Does he actually speak at least 30 % english?

Too raw to be captain. The same with any other EDS player at this stage. Hart or Fernandinhio might be a good choices but their own game might suffer with the added responsibility.

I was being facetious..... Maybe the year after.

From what we have currently I would think Joe is the stand out option although Dinho isn't far away if he is to be part of Pep's set up. But I would not be at all surprised if a new player comes in and is given the captaincy.

We will obviously get some new blood although I hope not too many. They need to be seriously top top players and then we can start to bring in the young players alongside.

Joe would be the normal leader, but what about Ter Stegen?

If he comes in, we either have a rotation system like Barcelona, or we sell Joe.

Big match coming up so what else can you expect from the local paper than a story attempting to destabilise one of our best and most in-form players?

That pile of shithouse paper is absolutely despicable.
