Watch on youtube.com

No, I'm not having that. Hadn't you heard that Zaba ran onto his elbow?

Didn't touch him. Looked as though he was trying to get loose.

Very sloppy from a senior player.

It must be massively frustrating for him to get the shit kicked out of him every week, people going through the back of him and pulling his shirt.

Not making any excuses for him but there's only so much you can take.

We will beat the f**king scum without him anyway.

Scum Sports will have it on a loop for the next week.

Maybe he needs a match or three to reflect. Not the side to be a selfish twat in and think you're undroppable.

Cheers

completely agree.

We should drop Aguero; he's a selfish cunt?

Savage could not stop banging on about it but even if Sergio is given a an could we not appeal so he could play the scum?
If not nacho might do well be good to beat those fuckerswithout our best striker would it not ?

The comparisons to bog brush and Rooney are spot on but the big difference (other than the team he plays for) is that the powers that be are actively looking to clamp down on this sort of thing this season. As mentioned in the match day thread the they will be rubbing their hands with glee at the opportunity Sergio has presented to them so early in the season.

Didn't see it at the time and even now I have seen worse. May well get a ban but it is annoying how often bogbrush has got away with it.

I thought Bilic's interview was class.
He just passed it off as nothing and totally disarmed the interviewer. He was very honest about the game.

Kun may well get a ban, but we'll get on with it, if he does. I have a feeling that is what Pep's teams do.

If he gets a ban then it's his own fault, but I also hope someone makes a video of all the Rooney and fellani ones that went unpunished and gets it going viral.

Spot on IWT.

There'll be times when we can't draw upon Aguero's services because of illness, injury or whatever but I don't think Pep seems the kind of character who will waste time and energy dwelling on such or even seething about it. He seems far too well balanced for this.

He'll just get his team to get on with it and do the job required.

In any event, we can beat the despicable Scum with, or without, Aguero.

I thought the BBC gave a much fairer assessment of the incident. Didn't think they overplayed it and said the ref was looking straight at it and can't say he didn't see it.

Yep was fair and certainly didn't overplay it.

Also highlights pointed out that West Ham player was lucky to be on the pitch

I was quite surprised myself at the apparent fairness, across the board, we seemed to get.

However, they did make chumps of themelves by trying to analyse the first goal and came up with the conclusion that "West Ham could have done a lot better" (i.e. defensively to prevent it).

Hindsight from a studio chair is a wonderful thing.

Sergio definitely showed a bit of intent but he ended up dishing out a hand in the neck not an elbow. It was all harmless enough if you ask me.

What's the story with Niall Quinn? He was all over it, highlighting the incident like his life depended on it. A proper Gobshite.

City should disassociate themselves from him. He's a cunt who hates City, yet is somehow our representative for Sky on game day. Makes no sense.
