Edin Dzeko on the other hand though.... we are desperate for that kind of player. Now HE was seriously underrated.
While he been in form recently, he's also produced some incredible misses at his time there:Watch on youtube.com
Wouldn't want Negredo back since he was only good for a few months, but those months were great. Goals like this stick out to me:Watch on youtube.com
His assist for Milner away to fulham was sensational. He was great during that purple patch, as good a performance as i have seen from a number 9 in my time watching city, he was absolutly dogshit after that.
Begs the question has aguero ever done well with a partner, Negredo for a few weeks aside. Id love to see two up top for a change, too easy for defenders to mark one esp when our midfielders dont get in the box,
Likewise.
When we play Chelsea especially, I'm sure their 'back three' will become a sitting back five for this game (with a defensive midfielder in front of them), so it's a lot to ask of Sergio to try and carry the load up front alone.
Eventually, at some point in the not too distant future, I hope we would adopt a 4-3-3 formation against most sides, irrespective of who they are.
