Roll on next season .
Absolutely.
As an example of how to play against 10 men, so far Arsenal's display hasn't been a good one.

This game is poor and Danny Murphy's mindless monotone is getting on my wires.

Bellerin has played like Navas.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

I think it's been reasonable for a Cup Final. Plenty of chances and talking points.
Absolutely spot on with Danny Murphy though. Turgid in the extreme

Is that it in an Arsenal shirt for Sanchez? Barely acknowledged Wenger as he came off

Ha!
When Navas was filling in at full back for us, a Birmingham fan colleague said that it was the only time in his career that he thought he looked like a winger!

I will always think fondly of the many thousands of Stoke fans who hung around after the final whistle. They were no doubt there for their own memories but I still thought that there was a degree of respect there for the occasion and for the winners... can't imagine many Chelsea still hanging around!

Agreed. Five minutes after the final whistle the Chelsea end had emptied. They've hardly got far to travel either

Don't see him coming anyway especially with Walker seemingly on his way.

a pity if that happens but it's on the cards as many on here have lamented.

Arsenal were the better team and deserved the result today.
Their first half performance was the best I've seen them play in a long time. They were up for it from kick off and wanted it more than Chelsea. Mertesacker was excellent at the back. His impact was similar to Vinnie's impact for us in recent weeks.
Chelsea didn't turn up at all. They put a little more effort into the game in the second half but were still well below par.
Disappointing that we were not there as we fully deserved to go through in the semi final. But based on today's game alone, Arsenal were deserved winners.
