What for, we didn't do anything wrong, did we?

The early sending off of Walker assisted Everton and we dropped 2 points. The allowing of a run of games where we suffered some horrendouds tackles didn't stop us but cost us player injuries.
Had Sterling converted his 2 chances in the derby, the 2 penalties and the sending off that were ignored wouldn't have hurt us. But it did and we lost.
The refereeing decisions over the two CL games cost us but had we converted our chances, we would have won through.
Referees can change games but they can be beaten as we have seen with City over this season.
It doesn't take away from the fact that, we have become too big for our boots and that is hurting their profits.
They did it to us after the 1904 Cup Final when we finished 2nd in the League. We lost ourentire team, management and administration because the the established clubs didn't like our resouces, proffessionalism and we were upsetting the football establishment.

But that shouldn't disguise or be used as an excuse.
If anyone thinks that the last 3 losses are 100% down to bent officiating. Well they were not there are other issues that are clear for all to see.

Jaysus John. You’re older than I thought.
You’ve some memory, remembering the 1904 season.
