Think 'victims' would be more apt given the response from the media and apparently people on Twitter around the world. The answer is: whomever perceives offence in the public.. as it was posted on Twitter for the public to see (as opposed to being private).

For me the victim is now Bernardo, after being given a harsher penalty than what I would see as sufficient. The governing bodies are a fucking joke and I'm livid that they don't go for the harder issues to tackle (regarding racism, etc), of which there are many. This is as low as low hanging fruit gets, and it's simply to make it look like they're actively trying to stop racism. Thank the media for making a hurricane out of a light breeze.


Feel I should add that I'm likely biased, as I'm a heterosexual white British male that supports Manchester City and by extension all its players.
