Every City fan knows we play to win, we don’t do well when we try to defend.

Lets be honest - PeP has been shite in this competition since he came to us so I expect very little in these kind of matches and his bizarre team line ups don't actually surprise me anymore , all they do is give me more ammunition to have a dig at him.

Played Yaya as a centre half in a CL final, what is the surprise. :D

Jesus over Kun doesn't bother me but Gundo AND Rodri with Fern benched does! Maybe the master plan will work like he did at the swamp in the semi-final?

Not sure what to expect tonight. I can see why Pep has picked that team and think we can do something but there’s always that sense of dread when you play one of the cartel clubs. I suppose we will soon see if the cartel ‘own’ the direction of the on-pitch game or if UEFA are not so compliant.

Still, whichever way it goes we’ll all still be Blue come the end of the game.

Seems a little strange that someone like Real would be such high odds, especially at home.

Pray tell ? seeing as Rodri and Gundo has never ever worked and Aguero is far better than Jesus in big games...please tell me how you can see why he picked this team ?

Both Jesus and Otamendi came on second half against Leicester. He obviously liked what he saw. He’s paid to make big calls and these are big calls!

I’m nothing but polite, regardless of my thoughts on the selection ;-)

Or have I missed something?

Big European night. Stones not even on the bench. He may well be on his way in the Summer.

What do they know what we don’t, or are they just offsetting the risk? I assume the latter.
