So Maguire has his arms round the Chelsea players neck at a corner yet VAR seems it acceptable

Even RatBoy did that ‘ohhhhhhhh’ thing, meaning it was.

However, at least the Rags didn’t get one, that’s a bonus. No penalty, no win.

Though he did his upmost best to try and get one for the rags a couple of minutes later when he thought a Chelsea player had trodden on Rashfords foot. Assume the link to the VAR was open from the Sky commentary box

Seen the replay and he still believed it was a pen, even though it showed minimal contact. This is what Sky is all about, influencing decisions but with this one VAR would have sold the whole thing down the river.

Anybody notice how many times Fernandez went down clutching his face? At the end he should’ve had 2 black eyes, broken nose and 2 lost front teeth, that’s how severe his play acting was.

I'm not certain VAR would have done to be honest. Some of the decisions they make defy belief

T blades have another penalty appeal, look how it was reported-:

Was that handball? It struck the arm of Andrew Robertson but not in a meaningful way.

20: ANOTHER ONE?! Baldock attempts a first-time cross into the Liverpool area with Robertson for company. It hits the Scottish international on the arm - is that in an unnatural position?

VAR will have a look as play goes on, but since the rules were addressed a few weeks ago I don't think you could call that a penalty.

Sky report slightly differently but the gist is the same

Refusing to even turn on the game on as it’s PPV but it sounds to me that that Shef Utd are doing well and should be doing better if it wasn’t the help from the officials.

Three legit penalties so far - one given when it was a free kick on the box . Now scouse equalise
