If Villa knew about the positive tests on Monday, Why did they wait until today to announce it ? Even if they tested today. Surely it is not a problem to announce that tests have proven positive for covid ?

Supposing they have to go ahead with the game tomorrow with their juniors , that would really put Klipperty up the creek without a paddle. Whatever team he might pick ( i am assuming a really weakened one, since they want to go for the league and CL), is probably going to have to win it. extending their stay in the FA CUP and more games for his crippled squad ( poor fella).
