I'm quite comfortable with Pep. If he does talk bullshit it's probably as a tool to take pressure off the players, backroom staff, chairman and ball boys. Ferguson did it all the time and it used to wind me up a treat. At the end of the day as a fan of the football team rather than the business of the club, he has delivered for me with some cracking memories (and a handful of bad ones) loads of shinny pots in the cabinet and a big fuck off to the countless media pundits that said his style wouldn't work in the PL, that said he was not managing players like Foden properly when only giving him a handful of games and generally that it's just the owners money that has delivered the tactics, formations, player and team progression rather than him. Sure, like all our managers and players, he has pissed me off at times but these are rare and far outweighed by the positives, I like him and can't wait to see this player, Absolutely No One . . . . does he play as a striker or is he another of those false 9 bollox types?

I’ve never really had an issue with what he has to say, it’s just part of the missive that top managers spout. His comments post-CAS, on Tebas and backing of our club against the constant attacks are very welcome.

I’ll never ever forgive him for the CL final tactics and not playing Fern. I wanted to win that one for my mum but it’s gone now and even if we won it next year it’ll be too far away from my mums death for me to say “we won that for my mum”. Pisses me the fuck off and I’ll never forgive him for that. Plus my dads health is on its arse and I doubt he’ll get to see us win the CL now before he dies.

Particularly the CL final as it was the same mistake made in previous years, overthinking and picking the wrong 11 and tactics.
All I wanted to hear after the final was something like 'I got it wrong, I apologize to the fans, we try again next year...'

Actually, Pep's talk is a problem when he "is so proud" after a major fuck up and when he sucks on our opponents.

My main gripe in all this is his arrogance with us fans - he was like this from day 1 - as you say , all he had to say to us was sorry for fucking it up again , I will rethink my strategy in future —- his failure to do this and his continued arrogance to us fans is why I don’t fucking like him. .
