That wasn't offside. And it should've been a pen.

It has just shown Toney onside but the Lino gave offside so the penalty was not given. Surely that’s what VAR is for?

Also, Neville totally ignored the offside call and just mentioned that it would be a penalty if not for the offside?

What is the point of VAR ?? Chilwell plays him onside and it is a clear penalty.

The commentators get to see that line before we do but just waived it away. I haven’t got a clue what’s going on anymore, does the PL and Sky need Chelsea challenging this season?
