A 21 year old might find it hard to play 2 matches in 6 days Carl. It’s hard work for them at that age you know.

Sterling had a good game at the weekend. Foden didn’t particularly. Sterling on the left though. Ake favoured over Zinchenko.

To be fair, Sterling is in good form and a very fresh Foden against the dippers is not a bad call IMO

Should be a good enough side to win. Sunday's game is more important for my money and the selection reflects that

Laporte and Ake is a shit combination - it’s been proven to be a shit pairing so why the fuck does Baldie go with it !?

I imagine Stones will play with Laporte and Ake will play LB. Obviously it would have been better if Walker was available but he’s not.

Good 'big picture' team selection.
A rested Foden Vs. that Dipper high line makes sense to me.

I hope the Ginger Socrates plays as a false nine. That's his best position at the moment, if you ask me.

They’re a decent side and will have their moments. Away goals don’t count double remember.

Wouldn't be surprised if it was a back 3 with Cancelo playing further up the field

I hope it isn’t Stones at RB. Ake and Laporte are both very left sided.

 It’s a well known Manc anthem and has been sang for over 50000 years so they must already know it by now. It’s a lovely eloquent song.

Just out of curiousity, bit of head scratching, whom are those eloquent posters? You can rule Carl out of that list

Not a bad team, need to see how they’ll line-up.
