Havertz came to a full stop in his run when taking his penalty yesterday. 99% sure you’re not allowed to do that. You’re allowed to slow down your run but not fully stop.

Has the rule changed?

He definitely stopped. Refereeing is absurd.

Had to rewatch it a few times because I thought my eyes were playing tricks with me. He comes to a stop and then goads Pickford after scoring.

Not a clue why he wasn’t told to retake the penalty.
