Has Pep lost the dressing room?

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Should we just not comment on things that Pep does wrong because of “the last seven years”? Fuck me, we’ll end up like the Rags just going on and on about Fergie.

We need to look forward and discuss what’s going wrong now.

I can count 10 players at a minimum who play / played shit and some have fucked off to pastures new...all this fuckign bullshit how he improves all the players is a total fuckign myth.

Hes 100% lost the dressing room.

He might have lost the dressing room, something isn't right but what's not a myth is everything in the last 7 years. Multiple 1sts in football. Trouble is people would rather talk 10 weeks as opposed to 7 years.
There might be people on here want him gone, I've not heard one person at the games who are calling for him to go. I guarantee that any new manager coming in will have you slagging them off the 1st game they don't win.

All behaving like Gen-Zs Stu Some are ingrates. Calling for the most successful manager at City to be chopped.

Clearly it is not what we like. However now support is needed.

Bang on. We’ve supported the club through a lot worse.

And here you pop up again with your constant fucking backing the unbackable , offering nothing but constant ‘he won us 4 , he won us this and he won us that ‘ well he’s not winning shit now is he ! He’s paid 25 million a year to fucking win ffs ! He’s not doing us a favour and he’s not doing it for free !

I’m a fucking fanatical City fan who has the fucking birthright to slag off any City manager I please and as I’m not a deluded cunt and I’m not blind I actually can see a manager who constantly plays shit players and constantly plays the same game plan game after game after game , loss after loss after loss- it’s not the injuries that’s just to blame , it’s the manager whose performing worse than any of them .

Fuck you and your fucking bleating on about yesteryear - that’s all you have to offer.

How the living fuck can you support the manager who won’t drop Gundo , begrudgingly dropped Walker (til later in ) won’t play the McAtees of the world , won’t set us up any different .

GAME AFTER GAME AFTER GAME ???

If you want to carry on supporting that with a little shake of the head and a tut tut here and there then carry on mate .

I won’t , l will do what most on here have done , and strongly condemn the way he’s been managing us .

It’s the same posters that when we try to reminisce about Mancini they scream BUT HE LOST THE DRESSING ROOM!!!!! LOOK AT HIM ON THE SIDELINE AGAINST QPR!!!!!

At least he wasn’t scratching himself and telling the media after 1 win in 12 he’s “so so proud” of the players.

For the record I want Pep to stay. I’d prefer he just got it right. For me it’s the players that have seen their arse with him, whether it’s his tactics or the pressure he puts on them, whatever. But there’s absolutely no way the same set of players that won the league last season can only win 1 in 12 this season.

Carl, calm down. You have every right to say and write what you like.

It does not mean you are correct though.

This is the first time since our owner took over that we have had such a poor run of games.

Now then, none of us fans reallly have a clue how to change it all.

We don't know how serious the injury crisis is , if at all.

We don't know if it is being pushed on the club because the PL need to get themselves out of the fix they are in.

One thing we do know is that we will not win the league this season.

Clearly a rebuild is needed.

Perhaps even a new style of play.

However , i think Pep might be a better choice to do so that than you or I , eh ?

Currently we are relegation form and would not qualify for the CL if this carries on and unless pep changes his way we are in big big trouble.

I’ve said (through gritted teeth) I’ll give him till the end of this season as he deserves that after what he’s given us but failing to give us CL then Id want him to be advised to resign ( I honestly wouldn’t sack him unless being forced to )

We have had these 115 charges hanging over us for years so IMO out shit form has nothing to do with it - most players have downed tools and no longer believe in Pep and some players wanted out last season and no longer have the desire to play like they used to .

Pep should have sold them and he should have replaced them but he took a gamble and kept them - he persevered with 2 players who have cost us double digits and for all those reasons I’ve mentioned is probably why we are where we are.

Pep should have realised it and changed his way of playing the game weeks ago - he hasn’t and we are where we are - in shit street being laughed at by all and sundry.

Carl , for a long time now I have felt that it all started going wrong with Gündos automatic choice in midfield. He is out of his depth now. He is , this time around working with shoddy material ( Doku, Foden, Jack ).

It's not fucking yesteryear, it's this year. We won it in May as well as the previous and the previous and the previous. No way people slagging him off every year not just this year are fanatical City fans. Comparison to Mancini is a joke. Can't see him winning 12 in a row to win the league on 90 odd points. We won it in spite of him that season and he was miles behind the worst rag team ever the next. Pellegrini was as bad. Pep's given us the best 7 years of my football life and that includes 2024

Pep’s also just given us the worst run of 12 games in 18 years.

Whatever’s going on with the players, the club need to step in and sort it out between Pep and them.

If they’re not prepared to work with him anymore then they need to be told to leave. I won’t miss one single one of them.

Slating Mancini and Pellegrini who gave us our first premier league wins and some of the most exciting moments of our lives ???!!!

That fucking just about sums you up

They both went and it was their time to go - if Pep continues this shit fest it will also be his time to go .

You need to deal with it instead of crying about how great we were in the past - we are currently the worst performing team in the prem.

Just as an aside Stupot, how bad does it get before we can discuss this in your humble opinion?
15 games with 1 win?
20 games with 2 wins?
Finishing the season 12th?

At what point do we consider changing?
