As long as there not the metal ones. It's new astro though so you may be better with astro trainers. I found it difficult in moulds last time.

Def not traditional boots in astro turf. Will do your ankles over the time. Especially if you play actively. Trust me.

With the advent of this new 3G I see more and more people with knee problems. As a teenager when I played no one ever got these types of injurys but now and i would 1 in 3 people iv played with have had some problem or other with there knees. Touch wood iv been ok.
