don't wanna start a new thread but I've a questions for those who have visited the Emirates stadium.

is the atmosphere as poor as it sounds on telly or is it actually better than it sounds? I've often noticed I don't hear much singing/noise from any set of supporters at Emirates... it was the same again today.

Looks a really good player and was very good today I agree but somehow that last pass or shot just isn't quite right too often. Not sure he will make it at the top top level despite a very good touch and considering how well he travels with the ball.

Yea he seems to have bags of talent but always holds onto the ball for that split second too long

He was class in Holland. I put him in my Fantasy team at he beginning of the season. Thought he would've found his feet in the prem by now, but he still seems to think he has that extra half a second he had in the Dutch league.

Swansea are trying to play football and Villa are trying to kick them down. They should have about five yellows after half an hour (Dunne being the latest culprit) and Hutton's yellow should've been a red.

Dunne has just put Graham out of the game with a nasty studs on ankle trick. Looks like Ferguson's mate has told Villa to hurt them physically & then hope his long ball shite prevails.

Warnock deserved at leasta yellow for that challenge - the ref didn't even give a free kick.
It's like watching football from the mid 80's.

Every Swansea game is similar; they pass the ball excellently but create few chances & miss most of the chances they do create, whilst making individual & tactical mistakes at the back such as sometimes being caught 2 v 2 by a simple hump upfield. Both rags & Villa got chances against them without having to play much football.

It's well worth persevering though. If they can get a bit tighter & a bit better up front, the general philosophy of how they play is a class above what Villa, Everton etc are doing. May have to go down & come back up again but they should stick with it whatever.

Another horrible Villa challenge.

And a yellow for Collins for a lesser one.
