It was obvious to a blind cunt that Hart has been average at best over the last 18 months and we should have signed someone in the window, big mistake imo..we could have had that Brasilian for next to nothing.

Joe has cost us points and is at serious risk of fuckign up our season if we continue having him in the nets.If he wasnt such an arrogant fucking cunt who wants his face splattered all over billboards and the like then I could maybe find some forgiveness for his downspiral ,also the fact that he has said he couldnt give a shit what people say about his shit performances say it all for me.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I totally agree with you pal. It has been around 18 months that he has been utter shit.

still not sure why cesar didn't move in the window. must be on ridiculous wages or have injury/personal problems that scared off the bigger clubs.

Thanks for the post Dazby, interesting to read!

Two things:

1. His concentration was really fantastic in the seasons of 10-11 and 11-12. In our league winning campaign he got praise on several occassions for having proven that he could take the step to be a goalkeeper that had little or nothing to do but that could still whip out a fantastic save when it was needed. Why do you think that he's lost that ability?

2. Could it also be that people are sussing him out? That they are learning where his weaknesses are and are more determined and able to expolit them than they were before? In other words, Hart hasn't necessarily gone that much worse but our oppoonents are on to something that they weren't before. This could perhaps also be linked to our general defensive frailties over the last season or so: our opponents get the chance to test Hart's weaknesses to a greater extent than before because our defense isn't doing the same solid job it did in for example 11-12.

Also, he's dona a commercial for schampoo. His shit. I hate him. Boo hoo.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

probably shouldve done better on Lukaku's goal. yes, the center halves messed up again but Hart shouldve done better. didnt have anything to do in the second half so i cant say he did anything to redeem himself.

his punting upfield is still shite

There was one punch he made to clear the ball on a corner that was good as i recall. Was that still in the first half then?

And yes i do agree about his kicks. In the bayern match all he did was give back possession.

Im not surprised he stayed in the team even with his performances. The potential is there and part of growing is learning how to cope with 'shockers' no? Had he had one today i think we may have seen panti next match but joe's safe for the moment i think.

Ridiculous comment apart from the punting bit.

Did you see his save from Mirallas? What about the one from Lukaku where the lino failed to give the corner? What about his awareness to come quick off his line to snuff out attacks?

He's not on top form but please can we stop carrying on like tabloid journos with all this nonsense?

Wow he made a few routine saves today! Fuck me, I had the impression that was the keeper's job?

Routine? Pull your head from your arse. The one from Mirallas despite it being offside was top notch.

He's been dodgy recently but is also becoming a bit of a scapegoat. The analysis on him for not saving the Lukaku goal was unfair v Howard not getting any bother against Negrado.

He could do with a few quiet games whilst the focus shifts from him for a bit.

Unfortunately for Joe I think the writing's already on the wall. Like many other promising English goalkeepers that went before him he'll be hounded for everything he does from now on, it'd probably be for his benefit to move on.

Agree with the first two paragraphs but completely disagree with the last bit. He'll get through this sticky patch and be number one for club and country for years to come.

I hope so chief, he's my favourite City player and I still believe his talent is immense.

I just think he'll continue to be looked at negatively each time a goal goes in and the pressure will mount, hope I'm wrong.

I guess I'm of the opinion that if a keeper can get a hand to it he should keep it out.
Not a howler by any means today but still feel Joe at his best would easily save that.

Pulled off some good saves even though they were offside and we seen from Sergio's goal that sometimes it difficult from a ball across the face.
