I hear Wilshire's getting done for giving the fans the bird.

He set one up today and now has the same number of assists as Zabaleta, so that proves his quality.

It's interesting how he's dropped off now teams have worked out how he plays

One of my gooner mates said it should've been 6-6 due to pens and off-side goals not given etc

I let him finish and said if we're counting "what ifs" then it should've been 11-6, it's easy this type of football :-)

Surely a bookie wouldn't take a bet on the rags to win? Tantamount to stealing i'd say. Or are they 28/1 to stay up?

Funny you should say that, great minds and all that. I look on Oddschecker and although I've not seen any relegation odds on there before there's a couple who have opened the books with 160 and 237/1.

Well legs are killing me, fooking knackered but what a game to get back to! Fantastic football from both sides and even when the Arse were pressing us for moments we always looked like we were going to score more.

Nasri was desperate for a goal against those bitter southern rags - would have been interesting if he was still on the pitch when we got the pen :-)

Telling to see how much more solid we looked when Milner came on and strengthened the midfield, the Arse tried to press forward but we just owned them, silly lapses of concentration for their goals though - left players almost unmarked for some of their chances.

All in all - loving it!

Now to tear Fulham a new one away :-)

Don't you love the word 'Thrashed' ;-)

Manchester City delivered an ominous message to their Premier League title rivals as leaders Arsenal were thrashed.

We can all grumble about defensive frailties but if we don't enjoy seeing our team playing that sort of football then god help us. We're so lucky.

Dzeko and Jovetic on Tuesday please. Don't suppose Aguero will play again this month. May miss him for the Liverpool game but hopefully should be back for the Spuds. Kompany took ages to get over his calf tear though so fingers crossed.

Eurosport reported "City humbled Arsenal". Either way you look at todays performance and result we gave the league leaders, who had conceded the least number of goals, a royal spanking. Coming after a win at Bayern, (who have won again today by the way, to extend their unbeaten Bundesliga run to 41 games) this result will have the football world at least acknowledge we are the best team, the most entertaining and the team most likely to win the title.
Of course the media will try and deflect our achievements by saying Arsenal had an off day and say they had a tough Champs league game midweek. Note to media, HELLO, Bayern away ffs.
Fulham must be shitting it for next weekend

These are the games that will be Premier League 'Gold' on Sky in 20 years. I'm looking forward to getting old and the majority must be of our games this season ;-)

Maybe so, but according to arsene wanker, we are no better than soton or blue dippers: "They were not unbeatable. They are one of the teams with a chance, of course, but I would not say they are the best team we have played this season. Everton were as good as Man City, and so were Southampton."
