I really hope they do it, if there is a team and a bunch of fans that deserve this is them. But very early days, but don Carlo is a winner.

I bet they blame it on Chelsea. If only they hadn’t loaned them Barkley.

Anybody actually watching? Is it just because Allison is out or is Liverpool's defense that bad?

Gobber seems to want to pin it on the keeper. Nothing to do with that defence allowing all those chances.

In truth they haven't looked anywhere near as good since the restart of last season. Their finishing is still outstanding though and this often sees them through.

They were running out of steam even before that, imo. In fact the lockdown saved them. They lost 3-0 to Watford, were dumped out of the fa cup and the cl and barely squeaked past Bournemouth just prior to the lockdown.

Anyone feel a little better about that Leicester defeat? At least it was because of penalties.

That’s what happens when you stop taking PEDs

I read somewhere that two thirds of their players are classed as asthmatic which allows them to take prescription steroids and also read another article that stated that you can only get away with taking certain ‘boosters’ for a couple of years as eventually the body will just run out of gas.

Not sure if this is the case with them or it’s just down to them having to play their fairly week second string such as Adrian and Gomez. Also losing Mane and not having Henderson is huge for them, just like it is with us losing Laporte, Sergio, et al.

Not sure which is the worst loss. At least the Rags can turn to the sending off whilst playing a previous top half team. What’s the Dippers excuse, not even a penalty in sight.

They had players there good enough to beat villa, never mind conceding 7.
They cant reach the last 2 seasons levels 3 years in a row.
