Got to be happy with that. The boss has them well organised even though it's at the expense of a some quality going forward.Clichy working with Kolarov to find a way through isn't going to work is it?

Had we gone for it with Nasri instead who knows what would have happened.Maybe we will find out in the 2nd half when the subs are used.

Lol

It would be better than master class with Lescott instead, capable of not kicking it into touch or passing it directly back to Barca like he is actually playing for them.

That said, team proving itself good enough. I'm sure we can push on a little more now and take a couple of risks to get a goal. They are vulnerable.

Wow this was boring half . If we can score at list one goal and go with some kind advantage there.Negredo is to alone ther but that's why Barcelone don't have holes i suppose . Love to see Nasri if we going to continue like this.
You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.

I was a bit worried for the first 10-15 minutes when we struggled to get the ball, but we grew into after that. Another 15 of the same, then some more attacking subs will be good.

Boring????? It was anything but boring, it was an intriguing chess match between the two best sides in the world and we are currently shading it.

Boring is last word I would use....unless of course you are a neutral that doesn't understand what football is.

Not bad from us and I think we had the better chances. Neggers has had some that Dzeko would get slated for. Playing well defensively and even when we've been turned we've kept the organisation and discipline.

As I thought before the game, everytime you look at a Barca player they fallover and get a freekick. It doesn't help the game flow and it's quite obvious that Barca are trying to get into positions to allow Messi a free shot at goal.

All this passing it about from them is boring me to fuck and I just want to see a big punt upfield where Neggers gets the run on their defence. That'd make me smile.

Continue as we are 2nd half and if we start to get on top like we've done in phases of the 1st half, bring on Nasri and even think of playing 2 upfront by bringing Edin on.

PS. My blood pressure has never been so high, my head is pulsing and I think the only way it will stop is if we score a goal. So much want to beat these soft-arse cunts.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

Nah, Barca are on another level. Every fucking decision goes there way and they all love a dive. Like watching 11 talented Ashley Youngs.

How can you play chess when your opponent's bishops, knights and rooks keep falling over?
