Sky Italia say Roma are desperate to sign Edin and plan to sell a number of players to raise the cash. Can they afford 20 million plus Edin's wages? Hmmmm

Aguero tells Real Madrid and every other team to FUCK OFF.

Sergio Aguero: I can win the Ballon d'Or and Champions League with Manchester City... I'm happy and I don't want to leave for Spain
Sergio Aguero has reaffirmed his commitment to Manchester City
Aguero has been linked with moves to Real Madrid and Barcelona
Aguero is on international duty with Argentina at the Copa America
By MIKE KEEGAN and CHRIS WHEELER FOR MAILONLINE

Sergio Aguero says he is going nowhere – and is looking forward to 'many more years' at Manchester City.
The former Atletico Madrid striker has been consistently linked with a return to La Liga with Real Madrid and Barcelona since joining City for £38million four years ago.
But Aguero has no plans to leave the Etihad after signing a new five-year deal at the club last summer, and believes he can beat Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo to the Ballon d’Or title with City.

‘The truth is, yes, I’m very happy,’ said Aguero, who scored 32 goals last season. 'I’m enjoying these four years that I’ve had at City and there are still many more years to come. I’m very happy.
‘Every year City try to improve the team, and while I don’t know how it will be next season, obviously the club always wants us to win titles.
‘City are prepared to win titles every year. Obviously the Champions League is a great competition and I think that City are doing everything to win it.’
Speaking as he joined the race to partner Messi on the EA SPORTS FIFA 16 UK cover, Aguero claimed that playing in England can only help him rival his Argentina team-mate and Ronaldo for the Ballon d’Or.
Aguero believes he can challenge Lionel Messi for the Ballon d'Or by staying at Manchester City

He added: ‘The Premier League has this vision where [they want] everybody in the world to watch it so I have plenty of chances to at least be nominated for the Balon d’Or.
‘I think for any player it’s important. Playing in the Premier League obviously I have a lot of opportunities.
‘The truth is that I would be very happy with the Ballon d’Or. I had a great year. I missed some games but the season has been very good, no?’
Aguero, who is on international duty at the Copa America in Chile, confirmed that he has benefited from a change of diet after visiting Messi’s nutritionist, Dr Giuliano Poser, in Italy after suffering from a succession of muscle injuries.

Aguero says he is benefitting after changing his diet on the advice of Messi's nutritionist
He said: ‘Obviously I had an injury at the World Cup and injuries are always difficult to recover from, but the most difficult thing after that is to stay in good shape.
‘Because of the World Cup my lifestyle changed a little, the work I do and the food I eat, as I said, and today I feel a little better. I don’t get injured that much.
‘What happened at the World Cup and before the World Cup with City I try to make sure that it doesn’t happen again.’
When asked about the challenges ahead for his City side Aguero, currently at the Copa America with Argentina, added: 'I’m ready for everything.'
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Espn reporting we've signed Patrick Roberts for 5m but that could rise to 10m

Does Sergio actually think he's gonna get nominated for Ballon D'or? Fuck, he's the best player in our league and can't even get into the team of the season!

Yawn. A making up the numbers story. Hope I'm wrong if we've signed the little shit.

Cheers

Yes 35 plus 5 add ons says Mike Keegan of Mail online. Liverpool may well refuse but I think we're into the end game unless someone else comes in to create a market. Getting into a bidding war with us isn't very attractive though.

That should be enough, if they reject that then they will be stuck with a player who's desperate to get out, surely no one will go higher?

That's certainly the spin we're putting out; final offer.

Chelsea are getting rid of Cuadrado. No messing with Mourinho. Looks like Remy is off too with Griezmann perhaps coming in. Remy is pissed off with Falcao's arrival and Mourinho isn't disposed to fight his wish to leave. Quite a good buy for somebody. 6 goals in 7 games.

Greizmann is the one we should be in for that sort of figure.

I am curious if we really want him, or we do this because we need english players in our team.

With 40 mil we can get Isco, no questions asked.

Id say its the english thing, we need a minimum of one english player and due to squad restrictions they have to be able to add something to our team and be genuine contenders for our first team every week. Looking at every English player out there, very few fit this criteria, Sterling is prob best of them and most achievable, everyone knows this so we will get bummed on the price, which im ok with to a certain extent.

Yep, that's it for me too, final offer then walk away. Then when the dippers are shitting it halfway through August that they still have him go back to the original offer. If we don't buy him I really don't see him at Chelsea or Arsenal and the dippers will never sell to the rags and I think he is too young and immature to go abroad. We actually the dippers where we want them. Grizeman would be a good shout

But this is wrong, if you ask me, I would give some local kids a chance, rather than spend that money on a player like Sterling who looks like a proper cunt.

Again, it seems like we are spending so much money on the wrong players.

I hope we don't have to go too much higher to get him because I hate to see Liverpool fans happy.

That said, they would just piss it up the wall anyway buying garbage like usual, so its not a massive concern.
