I hate football. It's been a while since we tasted defeat.

If we're honest, our performances in the league haven't been great in 2022. We've been grinding out results, but the standard of performance has dropped off.

Today was only a matter of time.

Hopefully it's a wake-up call as we have a potentially tricky run coming up.

Gutted, but we deserve this.
We will never realize that Sterling and Laporte should never start a big game.

Walker was again beyond shit.

Some of the worst defending you'll ever see at City. Utterly dreadful. I said at 2-2 a point would be acceptable. Had zero confidence in the defence. The midfield vanished in the 2nd half. Was Foden even on the pitch? Really, did he touch the fucking ball once? Cancelo can't defend. I'm fed up of the hype about him. He is hapless as a LB. He's a RB apparently. Can't defend, plain as day. Rodri ain't no Ferna, that much is now crystal clear.

Let's be honest, we only play with 3 defenders anyway and one of those (Laporte) isn't very good. I think we spend that much time at the other end of the pitch, sometimes we forget how to defend.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

I think we been pacing ourselves. Maybe we were arrogant thinking we'll just turn up and win. Hopefully we'll smash Everton. I'm glad this blip cane about now, I'm sure the vermins will have theirs at some point. We're still in driving seat

Difference between the two teams. One team had a striker who could take their chances.
The other didn't.

Worryingly it was arguably our best back four as well

Good to know the beyond overwhelming claims from the football media of how the “title race is done” weeks ago, whilst Pep kept saying ‘No, no, no” have shown how ridiculous and hyperbolic too much of the analysis is when it comes to City one way or the other.

Also, Spurs ALWAYS show up against us.

Our own podcasts and fans were also deluded after the last match where we were also FORTUNATE to not concede in similar ways we did today where warning signs were present.

Combine that with Spurs desperate, at rock bottom AGAIN, Kane with a point to prove and many of their players being slagged off and so did the likelihood of complacency from us come at a higher risk.

And then…voila…there you have it

Agree with this 100%. The Fulham match was a precursor of this.
