I wouldn’t mind if he actually came out and admitted it - in the past , through gritted teeth , when pressed on certain tactical fuckups he’s made, he’s actually admitted his mistake .

Yesterday , playing the same fucking team that didn’t work against Newcastle he went with the same formation against Villa ffs!!

I wouldn’t mind but the only change he made was to take off an injured Walker for Ake and go to a back 3 !!

We all saw it wasn’t working and were crying out for Alvarez to come on so why can’t Baldie see this ?

Actually , he can see it but is too arrogant in his ways to change his mind - more often than not he’s right but when he gets it wrong he really gets it wrong and it’s fucking maddening for most of us fans .

Mongo is right again.

Get rid of baldie

I think you’ll find that CFtG is not advocating getting rid of Baldie, he is just saying that with this team, he would’ve won more.

I think it’s time to give Carl a chance.

Pep has won more PL titles than any other manager excluding Ferguson. Pep's PL win rate is higher than Ferguson's.
I don't give a fcuk about the Villa result and who did what.
The only thing that matters is the PL table after 38 games and Pep usually delivers.

I personally thought the team was great on Saturday. Pep was tactically at the top of his game. No one had a bad game, if anyone says different you’re just trying to find a new Sterling and you probably booed Edghill while we’re at it.

Let’s see what happens at the end of the season. No point discussing individual games or topics let’s just wait and see.

I didn’t know you were a man of the cloth JC. PM let’s talk all things God.

I’m just trying to stay positive as there’s so much negativity on here at the moment. We all need to come together.

Fact of the matter we played shit again missed a few chances and unlucky with KDB hitting the bar against a bang average Villa . A few players are right off it notably Cancelo Walker Foden and Rodders and we need Laporte back . We could be sitting pretty at the top of league right now despite us being way off it . Will we get better ? Of course we will !
Not really here

"Way off it" - a single point and 10+ goal difference advantage - get a grip C64

All true enough but your proclamation

is not really the same thing is it?

I agree with C64.
We are two points ahead on MU who are supposedly rubbish but have played Liverpool and Arsenal.
We have played none of the top 6 yet. Every team we have played this season is in the bottom half of the table.
We play 4 of the top 6 in our next six matches. Including away to Liverpool and Arsenal.
We are about to find out if we are as good as everyone is telling us,

I expect us to beat Spurs convincingly.
We know exactly what they will try and do, we have been caught by them before.
No excuses, we should be able to overcome the obvious, if we cannot do that then we are going to win nothing this season.
Same deal when we play a counter attacking MU. We know what is coming, no excuses we should be able to swat them aside.

Judgement days are looming for us.

Nah, leave the apocalyptic predictions to old timers like me, it's far too early for all that stuff.
We'll hopefully get a performance boost from returning players on the pitch and also those pushing for a start.

If you thinks might turn out bad - read this, proper despair & pure poetry

Jesus Christ it's like the end of the fucking world in here.

Keep fighting the good fight, JC. I agree with you but can't really be arsed banging my head against the wall here most of the time.
