out of curiosity, why do you think it's at all up to him? he's under contract at Arsenal. he cant just say "i wanna go to City" and that's that.

I think he is playing the last year of contract card. Arsenal would try to sell him anywhere, but he can tell them to fuck off. At the end of the day, Arsenal will either sell him this summer, or make him sign a new contract and by selling him, I think that means to us.

im fully convinced Arsenal and Wenger are happy to keep him for one more year and let him walk for free. they dont want to strengthen a direct rival and if he can get them back to the Champions League this year then "it'll be worth it".
