Not sure what you meant by the second part but I came to support City because of Dzeko. I'm no player fan but once I got to know what the club is all about, I never looked back.

I also hated United long before I was interested in City so my hatred for the rags bred love for City ;)

Hi, I'm Lauren, 25 and a City fan since I was about 5. It was my mum and dad who got me into football and City, although I did have a brief stint at trying to be a Blackburn fan when we first moved up here. It didn't work out though, and I crawled back to my blue family with my tail firmly stuck between my legs! Anyway, I've been a die-hard Blue ever since and I'll be passing that on to my boy when he's born in a couple of months.
I'm not a new member but I don't post very often. I love reading everyone else's posts, it's often quite an education coming on here!
It's rare I can get to a game due to finances/travel etc. but I have fond memories of the 4-1 win at Ewood Park that brought us back to the PL in 2000 I reckon that's my happiest memory of a City game. Anyway, hello and I'll probably go back to lurking again now!
