That's how I saw it too. When maicon came on we went 3-5-2

What were you watching then? That's what brought a little energy and shape to us and led to the goal ...

So who were our 3 CBs and 2 wingbacks then after 15 mins of the 1st half?

Kola was taken out of defence and him and Milner joined the 5 man midfield ... Kolo, Lescott and Micah played CBs.
Here, read Stuart Brennan's verdict, gives a detailed analysis of the switch, and saves me explaining all again:

Read the link I pasted ... or watch the recorded game with AbuDhabi TV's English commentary, they detail the switch in-game as well as analyse it at half time (and praise Mancini for getting it right) too.

I'd rather go off what I saw with my own eyes than someone else's opinion

After about 15 minutes, Lescott, Kolo and Richards became central defenders, pushing Kolarov into midfield, which moved Nasri more central. It was at that point that we got a grip of the game and they stopped attacking.
To begin with, Richards was the left hand centre half, with Lescott central. They them moved around again and Kolo went central. There were lots if discussions everytime the ball went out as they seem to be talking about who should be where, who was picking up and movement.
Watching it in TV, it probably wasn't obvious. At the game it wouldn't have been if you were following play, as after that, it was all down West Brom's half. But I was looking up the pitch, past 3 centre halves.
Can't say as much about 2nd half, as we were defending more and it was the far end from me, so harder to work out b

It was obvious watching on TV too.
Second half it seemed we reverted back to a flat back four until Maicon's introduction, at which point we went back to three at the back.
