And yes, I am insinuating something.

Whatever....Bony shouldn't even be on the payroll let alone on the fuckign pitch.

Good player, should be somewhere else. Under no circumstances does this twat get in the team in front of Ian.

Shouldn't get a game in front of me!!

Happy with the win, for me the first half was a patience game, but showed why the season is such a struggle. Our play is so slow Villa survived. Previous years it was easier than we make it. Why we retain so many players marking one forward is a failure of Pellers. Good win despite carrying so many players for many reasons. Yaw was outstanding, Bony was just standing and sadly has become a whipping boy. No point in booing him it helps nobody.

A win is a win but let's not get carried away, Villa are the whipping boys and Liverpool put 6 past them at home only a couple of weeks ago!

Hopefully it will give a bit of confidence moving forward to the next game as each one is bigger than the next, Leicester Spurse and Arse can and will drop points so if we perform like we all know we can this title race is far from over!

Yes. It took a deflection and a rebound off Micah's clearance to get us ahead but we deserved a bit of luck.

I know a few complained about our first half performance but if we'd taken our chances we'd have been out of sight.

Exactly. Bony had three decent chances himself in that first half.

Not defending him. BUT.
When Sergio is out injured he is given 4 games to get up to speed. When Bony is out he gets what 45 odd mins, then he is slated by every cunt and his sister if he's not banging them in.
Something not quite right there.

You don't need to be match fit to score the sitters that he missed though do you mate? Be honest, if that was Ian that had those chances, and he's had just as much game time, would he have missed?

I don't know maybe. Ian probably would have taken the clichy cross one yesterday. I don't think bony has has a long enough run in the team to fully prove himself. He may never either. Interesting to see what pep does with him.

Pep will sell him. Probably in the January window after a replacement has been procured and he has found his PL feet.

He might not even wait that long. No way does bony fit in a possession-oriented team.

No chance he will be sold without a replacement found though and we have other areas of the pitch that are easier to get replacements in. A defender and midfielder are going to get plenty of minutes as 4/5 positions on the field are available and with rotation it means more game time.

With a striker and a penchant for playing one forward, with Kun hardly droppable, it means a new forward is unlikely to feature a huge amount. This is a problem for A-list forwards so it means we either change shape and play with two strikers or any replacement has to know the score. Bony was happy to play second fiddle but he is not A-list. Lewandowski or Aubemayang or Cavanni or Higuain or anyone else you care to name are unlikely to want to play as little as Bony has done.

What we do is show them a video of Bony playing for Swansea (claiming that it's our change kit) and swap him for Lewandowski.

Job done!! ;-)

Decent performance against really poor opposition. First half we could have played with more intent but once the first goal went in all was well.

On Wilfried Bony the guy is clearly nowhere near good enough for us & is rapidly becoming as bad as Lee Bradbury, Roque Santa Cruz or even Barry Conlon for worst striker ever. However he didn't buy himself that was down to a large brainfart from Begiristain & he doesn't pick himself that one is on Pellegrini.

When he does play he's burgling a living.

Sadly both the deflection and the clearance were both Micah, not a good day at the office.
