For once Pellegrini got it spot on - even the substitution of Zabba and no Bony - as strange as you wonder why the team didn't perform consistently you'd say the same about Pellegrini

Chelsea looked really disinterested.
Wonder what's going on with them.

Second half fizzled out. But although we didn't have to try very hard, I thought the KDB Kun Nasri understanding looked quite interesting and something that could really develop.

Don't shoot, but might Silva become a spare part?

He needs the rest Notts, and Nasri can't play in the CL.

Competition for places is what you need. Keep them all hungry.

What a difference Yaya makes to our attacking play. And he did his defensive job.
Most complete performance from us in some time. It's great to see us looking so threatening going forward.
Super stuff.

Nasri and Clichy out for Tuesday. Nasri has a tight muscle and Clichy pulled a muscle in his back.

I've got a tight muscle too after today but it will be fine by Tuesday. Is Nasri out for long? Thought he was brilliant again today.

I can only dream of having tight muscles, or indeed muscles of any description.

For once? He's won three trophies in three years, and took us to unchartered waters in Europe.

If only, if only he didn't make so many tactical blunders he would be up there with the very best.

I would have thought it blindingly obvious that we have been inconsistent - League Cup & European Semis as opposed to shockingly tactically inept performances against rags, Liverpool & spurs in the league

What was interesting was that we defended deep and broke fast rather than maintaining a high line. I think our defence looked more comfortable as a result. Surely the way to go against Real Madrid. If Yaya wants to stay he's got to maintain the form he showed yesterday

Nothing wrong with our tactics against Spurs, we were comfortable in both games until officials intervened.

The game at Spurs was ridiculous. So comfortable until the ref and lino fucked us over.
When you've lost 4-1 it sounds whiney to complain about decisions, but goals change games. Especially when it's three of them!

Yep , we ripped the chavs a new one yesterday for sure ! KDB and Nasri give us a new dimension we have been missing for most of the season and dare I say it we are looking a lot better defensively although our style and how we are set up leaves us wide open at certain times during games . Key for us is to score first then teams have to come at us Aguero then comes into his own , what a striker what a player ........world class with ribbons on !

hey,

I am a big Manchester City fan from Germany. I am a Citizen-Member since many years but unfortunately I never had the chance to go to England before and never attended a game in Manchester. I´ve attended some european away games in Germany.
Now it seems that I am in Manchester with my university class exactly when the game against Real Madrid takes place. I am so excited but I worry about the ticketing.

Could you please help me?

My questions:
  • Do I have a chance to get a ticket without having any ticket points?
  • If yes, can I buy 2 tickets with my Cityzen membership or only one? I prefer don´t to go alone.
  • Are there print@home tickets available? Since I travel to England by end of the week there is no time to ship the tickets to Germany.

Sorry for this very basic questions but I can´t find this information on the official website. They just say that the member sales starts tmr 2pm but no further infomation

big thanks in advance for any help !!
