For all Man City's success and wealth (just look at that squad!) their club lacks the most important thing, a soul. People may laugh but the reason other clubs like Liverpool, Man Utd, Arsenal amongst others come through hardships is because of a real fan base that helps to push the club on coupled with genuine principles that these clubs live by. Money is part of the modern game but aside from this what do City have? A belief in the academy? Loyalty from players? Or fans? I don't think so. Would Pep stick around if they were still at Maine Road without the wealth? They can't even fill their own stadium at the best if times. Yes they'll win the league but they won't win the hearts of football fans.

He doesn't think City fans have loyalty? Thick Brizzle cunt. Probably wasn't born in the 80's or 90's.

Off the bbc feed nice.

Loyalty from players? Toure, Zabba, Komps, Silva, Aguero for starters. Can't remember many who have forced a move away apart from Leroy, who wanted to return home.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Guess what, despite the shit Pep gets, he stuck around and turned it around. What happened to bottle job Floppy? First hurdle and the cunt implodes. Let's no talk about Arseholes implosion, they're still in premier League and their fans walked away when shit hit the fan the tarquins.

I've not yet been able to watch the game. Can somebody tell me , objectively, if we showed some fight, as it's going to be needed. Happy with 3 more pts.

Piss poor until 1-1, then we were robbed and started playing well up-front.
But the defense looked bad. Deja-vu.

As soon as the players realised they were against 13 that’s when they showed the fight. First 20 mins was shite again.

I agree. Perhaps they were stunned that Southampton actually attempted to play some football, certainly far more than the redshit did. I think Southampton did very well and that shouldn’t be ignored.

Quick question for you. If we are 4-1 up when the Foden penalty incident happens do we get a penalty? My instinct says yes, match is tight so don't give the decision.

Important to get back on rhe horse with a win and 5 goals without Sterling and Gabs. We look a mess with Laporte at the back - seems to disrupt Dias and then we are back to keystone kops defending. Foden bernie and gundo have to start every game so much energy

Foden has come across very well again when asked about the non awarding of the penalty against him. Just says he’s an honest guy who tries to stay on his feet. Didn’t moan and whine like the dippers or rags would have done

Foden was brilliant
Mahrez very good
Laport dodgy
Fern had a stinker - thought he was the main reason for our struggles, for once his positioning and sharpness was totally off and we suffered for it.

Love this from Pep
"It is just incredible that penalty was not given. One day they are going to explain why. I do not understand it. It's incredible that in four-and-a-half-years we have won everything ourselves. No-one has given us anything.

Mahrez for Ballon D’or
Sourness basically calls PL refs , VAR and Stockley Park corrupt and unfit for purpose
KDB slowly coming back to his best
Gundo Bernie and Foden shine again
14 pts clear
And Southampton played really well .

Quite a night !

CTID
Not really here

Fuck VAR
