When ity signed Frannie Lee, Mercer/Allison considered him to be the final piece in the jigsaw.
I look at this current City team and see the same. All our hard work all our amazing creativity needs a better end product than we currently have.

Given a settling in period as Haaland adjusts to where KDB and others want him to be or KDB and others adjust to where Haaland is running and how/when he wants the ball serving to him....we could be finally getting near to where our owners said they would take us.

Its utterly remarkable that we hold so many scoring records without a traditional centre forward and consider that we need a better end product having scored so many goals. It’s true, we do squander a shed full of chances most games. If we will be able to reduce those misses by 25%, I shudder to thing how many goals we will get in a season.

At least , with his height and being in the box there should be a good chance we can drawfouls and penalties from crosses.

Yep, we do score shed load of goals but we also have some serious problems against some well drilled and organised defences. We not only squander a lot of chances because we shoot wide, we also seem to be reticent to shoot when a pass is an option.

Is it safe to assume he’s got to prove himself in the academy, good man management from Pep there. Assuming he can play 38 academy games next season and bag 5 or more, he should be ready for the first team bench the season after. He’ll no doubt have to grab his chances when he gets them, with Sterling playing false 9
