Grimshaw redeems himself. Well done lad

The front 3 players looked 6 foot 3 or 4 at least. If ever there was a physical contest or a heading one there was only one winner.
Having said that they came with no real thought about attacking at all. Sat back often with a 6 man back line and just went for the one nil win( especially after the silly goal) or a draw as I reckoned they fancied themselves on pens.
Fair play to Grimshaw after the horror mistake. Never let it get to him and more than made up for the mistake in what must be the worst shoot out i have ever seen.
Diaz looked the most likely to get a winner but he just could get through the wall. He did wriggle through a few times but the final ball usually hit another defender as they had so many. He took a while to get into the game did Foden but it was Foden's clever ball to Nmecha that won the penalty.

That shoot out was epic - how many misses? Must have said - 'that's it they've lost' at least 6 times

That was 3-2 on 8 penalties each!
Not as shocking as the opening goal gifted to Inter. Talk about casual!
