There was a man dressed like this:

about 40 metres from me.

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with Terry.

IMo if you want to encourage a £27 million striker you put him on when we go 3-1 up and say"there you go, show me what you can do"If you put him on at 88 mins you are essentially saying"I dont trust you", or "you are not in my thoughts"Same message given to Kolo and AJ. Not saying its the wrong message, but if you are a player you cant fail to pick these things up.

How many games did he bring on Dzeko with only a few minutes to go last season? I can understand him leaving on Aguero and Tevez when we were 1 nil better off than the opposing team but how many games were we well ahead and still no sign of Dzeko.

I hope he goes for his sake,as it must be a real fuckign downer knowing that the only game time he will get is the last few minutes and the pressure to score when it happens is too much to handle..your head will automatically go down.
Aguero gets off lightly when he misses compared to Dzeko.....yesterdays one on one he was too slow and we slagged him off yet Agueros miss was a million times worse.

I feel sorry for Dzeko.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I kind of feel sorry for Dzeko but I do feel he was a right soft arse at times last season & brought it on himself.

I agree Aguero's miss was a stinker but imo the difference was that Aguero missed out of arrogance, trying to look good sidefooting the ball home, whereas Dzeko missed out of incompetence. He isn't that slow, he was just fucking hopeless when his chance came.

I'm not sure what bob is trying to do with him though. Whether it's some kind of psychology thing, to get a fighting response, or whether he's just trying to drive him out of the club so he can be replaced by RVP.

I thought he would have got about 30 mins in that game, at least.

Thought NDJ, Yaya, Kompany, Milner, and especially Zaba were great (won't miss Richards while he's out for a month)
Nasri, despite his goal, was back to his usual so-so self of last season. And Silva looked rusty.

Hazard looks really poor...but maybe after time he'll be better.

That Kolarov-Nasri goal was awesome.

Hazard is not poor, he's absolutely full of talent but he's gone to the wrong place.

Nige was superb for the most part & so much sharper than he was for Holland. (But he did get above himself & cost us a goal along with Panty).

Thank Christ Oscar wasn't playing, then we would have regretted not making enough signings.

Agreed with Ted here, imho he was their best man.

That gif with his falling is for humor, but the fact is the fucker was good today. The way he touched the ball, had speed and movement. We really missed him, but he is a arrogant cunt.

Didn't say that Hazard is poor...I know he's gonna be good for them after he adjusts, but he looked poor in that match.

WOnder why Oscar didn't play...I feel like he's gonna be a talent in the premier league.

And yes, Nige looked great. When Barry comes back hopefully Mancini plays those 2 together and allows Yaya to move forward.
Id much rather have:

NDJ - Barry
Silva- Yaya
Tevez - Aguero

in front of the defense than Nasri in

Sure Aguero's miss was worse, but he put in a great shift for the team. Movement, passing, and holding the ball up was top level. Helped us win. Dzeko looked like someone stole his favorite toy and he wanted to go home

Interviewed after the game, Bob suggested that it's purely a plan B to use that wingback formation, brought on by the number of absentees due to the Euros etc, so there will be an extra midfield or forward spot up for grabs & probably mix & match rotation with strikers plus Yaya, Nasri, Silva.
