Champions League Last 16 | 2nd Leg

Mourino also said they played dirty tactics. feigning and wasting time etc.

Ironic really.

Cunt

That was funny, he actually stopped Shreeve's as if he was interrupting. He sounded quite philosophical at the time but then fell into the usual Maureen speech about time wasting and basically, cheating.

Ironic, it was very much so.

Was that a result for football, I think so.

We've waited a long time for that and many will see it as refreshing but I wonder if we'll now see a 'Sumerbee' on his arse, being strictly 'Invisible'.

What did he say, Beefy?

Basically said that Chelsea were a disgrace and should not epitomise what the English game is about. Turned to Carragher and Henry and asked if they could accept this type of game; he was very forceful and go no reaction to defend what we had seen.

Very refreshing mate and even more forceful than we would have been. He was passionate.

I struggle when people criticise Souness, as I see him week in / week out here on bein sports, and he honestly calls it as it is. No fucking about, if you're a cunt, he will tell you.

I think he's the best pundit out there, says it how it is, but sometimes gets involved too much. That's what I like though, and can accept, he's a football man.

He doesn't quite fit the Sky narrative though and that's why they introduce the likes of Redknapp/Carragger et al just offset his comments. He wants more of truth, they want more of the fable. It works.

I wonder how Summerbee did, did he call it right?

It was british commentary tonight, we had the sky feed. Got to admit, I'm not quite sure where Nicky fits in, he doesn't commentate on any games i've seen, so I don't really understand what he's doing here in Qatar. I keep seeing him in the bar in the golf club over here on a Friday so he is obviously upto something here but it's certainly not commentary.

Cunt

He won't get pulled up on it by the journos, though.

Fair play to Jamie c. He just did

I mean the journalists rather than the pundits, mate. Just wondering how this will be reported in tomorrow's papers. They should be completely slaughtered for what they did tonight and Mourinho, in particular, should be called a cunt.

To be fair to Luis he's always had a lot of talent, just no positional discipline. Cracking free kick from way out produced an excellent save from Courtois and that was a great header back across the goal for the winner.

Souness used to do punditry on RTE and I don't think he could believe what he was allowed say, at first, but then really seemed to enjoy the freedom. I think when he went back to the English stations, he always tried to keep up the honesty, with only one or two occasions where he let his love of Liverpool let himself down.

Fantastic match.

Agree PSG fully deserved to go through. But fantastic match? Not for me. The result was fantastic, not the way Chelsea set out to play. Petulant, cheating, boring, unadventurous in the extreme. A piss poor effort from Chelsea. And Costa should have been red carded twice. Hope UEFA can dish out retrospective action, though I won't hold my breath

Your right. It wasnt a fantastic match. Fantastic result though.

To be fair a lot of journos follow the pundits. But I get your point.

I'm just glad that finally mourino is being outed as the cuntish win at all cost "tactician" that he is. They will win the league, but like the champs it will be tainted by negative tactics and shit football.

That's a hidden bonus.

The truth is, anyone who loves football should not want Chelsea to win the league. But watch everyone blow smoke up Mourinho's arse when they do.

Turned it off so didn't hear that, he loves to hate City, told him he was a cunt the morning after our defeat to Bayern last season, he didn't disagree.

I thought he'd gone from our screens but the bollox is back. I watched the night he said " I hate that club". He was allowed spew absolute vitriol particularly about Mancini. What he said about Maureen tonight is tame by comparison. He's a pisscan that shouldn't be allowed on our screens.

Can we please , please buy Verratti, Next Inesta even better,PSG show the way , but i must say i think Cheski is not Barcelona, but still will that PSG show and calmness against 11 players or Babies. Congrats to Them. I would not like Costa in our team for free.

10 players in the frame with only one actually noticing they've got a player down. That's theatrical if ever I seen it.

mixed emotions about them going out an extra two games and travel etc would do them not much good in the league, there are signs of mental and physical fatigue setting in there. If we were closer or level with them in points terms I would put my house on us, but potentially 8 points is a lot with games running out and it is maybe too much, we will see.
