Like last season, all over the opposition but can't finish.
If Kane hadn't missed that shot we'd be even stevens after running them ragged all half.

A good half, but it is frustrating how many chances we create and don't convert. Of all the chances there were 3 or 4 that you'd have bet your house on us scoring.

Still trying to figure out spuds tactics. We're all over them with the extra man in midfield. Looks good, and like someone said this is the team everyone thinks is better than us. Will be interesting to see us play with our 1st team!

I knew its just a friendly game, but we need to put the ball into the net, we should be out of sight with this now

Walker and Danilo have been excellent (though dan could have had a hattrick before half). Stones v good, too.

That's where I've been first half, not great but better than 10 second buffering, pause etc.

Transforms the whole team in terms of attacking options. Impressive.

But trippier is better.

really good half but as everyone else has said too wasteful in front of goal.

Walker and Danilo's crosses do leave a little to be desired though. luckily Mendy is supposed to be quite good at that.

id like to see this exactly lineup with Sane in for Sterling.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

It's like story of last season totally dominant should be out of site don't take chances only difference was Kane not taking that chance. Some lovely play at times very promising for season ahead but same old problem being highlighted

Although we look a lot quicker with our passing and movement, our finishing is still letting us down big-time. We seem to do everything at 90 miles an hour in the build-up which is good but when we get into the box we need someone with a cool head who will just clinically finish the chances.

Also Fernandinhos control needs to be sorted out, ball bounces off him like a ping pong ball, spurs are pouncing on him. It will cost us goals

Exactly. Scoring goals is a habit. It's one we want to get into as soon as possible, regardless of the opposition or the competition.
