Did anyone hear that thick Scouser Stephen Warnock say on SSN that CAS had found City guilty of breaking the rules but that they decided the punishment was too high? This is the shit that gets spread by the media and the man on the street doesn't look into the detail and see the lies.

SSN twist is that since we paid a fine we must have done something. It will never stop will it!

Hopefully the club is keeping an eye on people that spout shit like this. I hope we’re in contact with Sky already to get them to correct it

Fucking state of Sky Sports, picking 2 Scousers for feedback on the ruling. Warnock just said we were still guilty of dodgy funding until the anchor stated that we were found not guilty of trying to cook the books, then the salty tea red fucker changed his stance, looking like an absolute fool.

The fact they picked 2 Scousers instead of somebody local to us just shows how Sky wanted to play this.

I’m taking it as a good sign.

Indeed.

But what is the reasoning behind delaying the announcement? Surely if the CAS has reached a decision, is this not binding with no further recourse for appeal? And as both parties have apparently signified the outcome was acceptable, what is the need to keep the outcome secret for another month?

I am wondering if it’s anything to do with the conclusion of the season and who gets the coveted CL spots and how this seasons CL pans out

If both parties have accepted the outcome then that can only mean we are guilty of ''not cooperating'' but not guilty of anything else.....maybe a small fine for the former.

Would be the best outcome.

Next time you lot have a question...just ask CARL for fucks sake!!! and we can save all the worry... !!!

Heres a quote

''And this morning, they announced that City did not disguise equity funding but did fail to co-operate with UEFA'' and that's why we got fined..as predicted.

I am 100 % convinced this will be the argument we are going to get from media & fans.

This is only my opinion, but I believe toward the end of the UEFA inquiry we did refuse to co-operate as everything we input was being twisted, then leaked to a hostile press.

I’m sure we made a statement basically saying we wouldn’t cooperate any further and we’d take them to court at one point?

For failure to comply from what I gather. Still not enough to find us guilty of the charge against us so they can all fuck off.

There needs to be an inquiry into why Leterme gave PSG a pass on exactly the sane issue and went on all out war with City.

I’m loving the bitterness from Liverpool and Rag fan’s hahahahaha. So we’ve bribed an independent organisation to get off but we didn’t think about bribing uefa to get off? Makes no sense

If only AC Milan thought about bribing CAS. They could have got off completely as well!
