Well he's a big lad and decent with his feet right, so I don't see why he shouldn't be understudy to Ederson. We need that and as shot stopping is not the priority, he won't get bullied and should save 50% of shots if he dives the right way given his size.
That way he could skip the academy year and go straight into the squad

Fram what I've seen (not much to be honest) he is taking them really soft. I was expecting him to smash them.
However, he was the leading scorer from penalties in Bundesliga's last season
