Have the game recorded the beers in the fridge and will be having a second viewing again tonight.

Fabulous display of football from the whole ream and one of the best displays i have seen from a striker, what a performance from Dzeko today and a brilliant debut for Nasri.

Times are good.

Indeed they are. These are the best times I have had as a Blue of over 40 years experience. Enjoy it everyone, this is going to be something else. Today, the best City side I have ever seen.

How did everyone think Bale played, you know, the PotY?

Also, just heard something on SSN saying that Modric has asked to be dropped.

Modric reveived a huge boo at first by the Spud fans. I wonder if they saw di Matteo in the stands.

He was kidding of course but both of them just loved the way City played.

That made me laugh. I was saying to my son as we watched the match, "Keegan's probably thinking to himself, 'I started all that shit!' ".

in my opinion, Spurs actually looked better without him..or maybe it was just Defoe. but supposedly
Chelsea offered 40m pounds. Take that and reinvest in January and/or next summer as its too late
now. Although, Spurs are notorious for deadline deals.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

That picture sums the game up for me.

Must say though I was absolutely stunned by the result, honestly thought we'd struggle to get anything from the lane and boy how good it feels to be wrong.

Best game from City so far and that is saying something because the standard is already so damn high!

Delighted with the lads atm, long may it continue!

Been working, missed most of it. Saw first 15 mins when I thought we looked like the Harlem Globetrotters, then just got a quick look at a screen 3 seconds before Dzeko pinged the last goal in with his left foot.

Can't wait to see this.

To do this to that odious cunt is, well, I think I'll need surgery to remove the smile from my face. Payback, proper payback. Take that, you bent, big gobbed, twitching, useless, shitstain.

Amazing, wonderful performance. We are now serious contenders. This is the first game I haven't had fits of anxiety watching--just relaxed and enjoyed..
This season is going to be a hell of a lot of fun. Like a fantasy, really.

ps anyone remember the time we beat spurs 6-2? around 1962?

Seen it now; fantastic & still I can see potential for it to get much much better. If we all keep our heads & allow the team to continue being positive, without screaming & crying if we lose the odd one, this will turn into something legends are made of.

I just wish we'd had Suarez or Assulin on the bench to bring on when we were 4-0 up, I wouldn't have liked to pick someone to go off though.

Just watching it again. That first half was truly top drawer by both teams. Zabba did his best to get hurt but somehow survived.
