Those are the motor factors that drive the top table and they are happy to grope around in the knickers of anyone who can enhance their objectives.
What is going on now, is that having created a massive financial and power gap between them and the rest of the World, they don't want any more snouts at their trough. They are the self built establishment and we are new kids on the block.

If we survive the FFP and surmount the obstacles placed in our way, over time, we will eventually be accepted. Some may have a private chuckle about tea towels worn rather than hung in the kitchen but publically they well be more than happy to snuggle up in bed next to our bank account.

Thanks for yr comments John. Obviously I am a bit far away from the madding crowd, so I can't quite get my head around it all. It seems to be much more complicated than a mere conspiracy theory.
However I fully agree with yr stand in another thread. City have to stop being nice and to definitely fight back and take on all these hatemongers. I think money is not a problem here and a lot of money will have to be spent to wage a full fledged campaign to protect our name and honour. Pride in Battle ? This is the time for it.

Thanks for that DB,
It is all quite simple Mate...no complexity at all.
They have a huge trough, they are looking at moving to a much bigger trough. It's their trough and they want the pig swill all for themselves. City threaten to pull up a chair and they are frightened thatif we dunk our heads, they will get less. They also fear other new money clubs and if we get a seat, so might they....and that really scares them. MONEY, POWERand CONTROL.

A bit like a group of kids in a nursery who won't share their toys....Nowt changes Mate.

Thought we had until 6pm to respond to the charge. Have we accepted it or have I missed something.

6 tomorrow but from what Platt has said there's little chance.

As far as I am aware, we don't have to announce that we are accepting the judgement, By not responding before that time, the sentence falls into place by default. I wouldn't help either the media nor L'pool pre match, I'd make no statement nor respond to wuestions about it and leave them all guessing.
I'd leave him off the team sheet pre kick off. I'm not sure how the FA will handle any announcement but that is their business.

In fact, other than the contractual requirements to do interviews etc, I would make no effort tp assist the media whatsoever.....and in deference to the media's preferred method of covering City with made up stories and blatant lies, I would begin all necessary press handouts with the words."Once upon a time" and end them, "...and we all lived happily ever after."

That's a good idea John.

Perhaps we should say nowt. Let Mario travel with the team , warm up with the team and just not be on the list for the game.
Put the team list in at the latest possible moment.
