After all the media Hype over here for Bayern, this is a nightmare. there weren´t any thoughts about loosing at home to Real.
Bayern has a similar following in the media as Scousers or "the others"....

Uli Hoeness will take his toothbrush in halftime and will settle over to start his prison sentence in Landsberg.....

It does seem like, for the most part, Pep has ruined Bayern

He is not liked by Bayern hierarchy as much as you'd think. Makes you wonder if he will go in summer?

More to the point, if he goes, where does he go?

Back to Barca as a long shot?

Failing that England would be the obvious choice. Rags and spuds are on the lookout. Would we be interested? Personally hope not

This competition is an embarrassment to football. Someone needs to sort this shit out, each year it's getting more and more like the theatre. People that cheat should be punished not fucking lauded. Cunts, the lot of them.

Franz Beckenbauer is not amused as half time commentator in german TV.
Zonal marking as defense on Corners/freekicks is not what he likes...... and the Punch of Ribbery, clearly shown on replay was "just emotionell and happens sometimes".....

Treble last year. Smashed Barca 7-0.

This year?....

It's not fair but he was always gonna be compared to Jupp and, in doing so, Pep has been a "failure" this yr

Just a small fact, Heynekes coached three times in UCL. All three times he reached the final.

Real 1998 and Bayern 2012, 2013.

He is playing tiki-taka with players just not suited for it. Ribery, Robben, etc are just not good enough passers. Their center backs are not good enough for a high line and their goalie's distribution is suspect. Their killer instinct is clearly gone. It is pep's fault, imo.

ah so that explains two goals from dead ball situations and a breakaway goal that the goalie almost got down to !

They are getting shredded on the counter. For Tiki Taka to work, you need your players to have ~100% passing and not lose the ball since there will be a lot of room behind your midfield. Bayern's players keep losing the ball. Xavi and co in their pomp were far more fluid and rarely lost possession. Seeing that they are playing the best counter attacking team on earth, it makes sense not to allow your slow center backs to get exposed but Pep is allowing that.

Real madrid are a very good side. so are Bayern. If they played again in a week, result could be different. ok so its all on the night. fine margins. people who state opinion as fact like they knew the truth all along know fuck all about football, sport, or life...and unless they are taking the piss out of themselves arent worth two bob.
