Don't need to do a survey, just hear his name being sung constantly more than any player or any previous manager.

There's a reason for that. What do your match going pals think, were they at Leicester last week. I very much doubt it

To answer Carl, I'd never play Walker again personally but he's not started him the last 2 games and we were well up and he's trying to protect Ake.
Gundo also hasn't started the last 2 and didn't come on against Leicester. Worst midfielder again by a country mile was Silva.
3 unbeaten now, come on Pep - sign another extension.

You think you speak for every City fan do you ? did a survey form the 55 k today did you ? All my City match going mates think otherwise//maybe they missed your mug doing the survey !!

The manager was a dick today putting in Walker..just when we were getting some kind of mojo back playing well he decided to be a prick and bring on Walker moving Rico to the other side and then we all went to shit and conceded...great management hey !!!...........and we should have conceded more...west ham were pitiful upfront.

There is no way on this planet we will get away with these performances against decent sides.

I like pep an awful lot, I am firmly in the pep stay camp, but he was an absolute cunt today bringing those two old gits on when he had young players on the bench. At 4-0 up, for God's sake shocking subs to make. Very annoying, just plain stupid.

Most of my mates go to most away games over the season which makes them the most loyal Man City fans alive (just like I was when we were shit back in the 80s ) they are certainly realists and say it how they see it , unlike you -

P.S you can fucking doubt whatever you want to fucking doubt - I couldn’t give 2 shits.

He’s admitted he’s been shit this season and it’s all his fault (to be fair to him I think he was being genuine) but what grates me is he’s determined to carry on being shit !

I repeat , wouldn’t give him a penny to spend this month - that team is good enough , more than good enough to get top 4 .

The thing is , it wouldn’t be a ‘penny’ to buy someone in January and it more than likely would not be the player that we really want either - so , I’d give him little to nothing to spend

Can’t say whether it’s sad or not because we’re not involved in it. Pep might be buzzing about it. Who knows.

Hopefully if he’s struggling, hes got the right people around him.

Mrs in Barcelona and him here most of the year - recipe for disaster that is.

Can’t fault his passion for football and I feel for him that it’s ended this way.

She’s going to be extremely wealthy (fucking divorced women always get the best end of the fucking financial settlement)

So he has chosen footy & us. Fair play mate, we're not privvy to the details but living apart rarely works out well. Throw yourself into work (again) & if Walker asks, it's still a no to going out with him on the lash

So it seems the club wanted to sign players in the summer and Pep wanted to stick

I have always felt that managers can have a dip in form, like players do. Good spells, bad spells. Everybody probably does.
This might explain some of the strange decisions he has made over the last while.

Pep admîts he blocked more transfers last Summer. Said he had faith in the existing squad but injuries derailed things.

With a fully fit squad he's probably correct.

Although it was extremely risky doing that with the age profile of the squad and the sheer number of games that most of them play with minimal breaks because 99% are senior internationals.

Surely the sports science department should have been speaking up - even Rodri who is a spring chicken compared to most of our other midfielders was doing interviews talking about red zones and burn out.

The risk hasn't paid off - we've literally been hit with the worst case scenario in terms of player availability and had a load of external factors that have also been distracting our manager, captain and other senior players.

I'm hoping this is just a one off and it will make us appreciate and enjoy it even more when we return to out usual heights next season - also a reminder to everyone that success isn't a given

We had a warning during Rodri’s red card absence. Our performances felt away and we dropped points. An ACL injury was very unlucky but a 6-8 week absence was entirely possible. Nothing was done.

I am not so sure. It amazes me that pep said the squad was good and they, the hirearchy, all said OK so, grand we'll run with that.

It was blantently obvious we needed help for a few positions in the summer. Shocking if the board couldn't see it, irrespective of what Pep allegedly said.
Maybe he's just deflecting the blame.
