I actually fancy ManUre to do something against the murdering cunts in the next PL game.

They owe them one after the 0-5.

Would you guys go full strength for the cup semi final, do you reckon? It'd be a good chance to unnerve the bastards by beating them, even if it's not in the PL.

(Today reminded me so much of the game we had against ManUre in 02/03)

How ya doing our kid?

Hope so re the rags, but I can’t see past another hiding to be honest

For me, full strength in the semi is a must. We have got winnable games after in the PL. History is there for us to write

Decent draw but with Aguero we'd have maybe had 4 in that first half alone. Klopp out-tacticced Pep at half-time because the onslaught in the first half was stopped and we didn't change anything. I said at half-time that we needed to concentrate like it was life or death for the first 5 minutes after the break. Cancelo then passes it with his head to Henderson and we capitulated. Really poor.

KDB was excellent. Mahrez might have won it. The ref was a disgrace.

I have doubts about Ederson as a shot stopper. The sum of his parts however means he is integral to our set up. But his save percentage must be low

I think we did the maximum.
We played against 12 men in both legs.

Defending was piss poor on both their goals. Don't know what Bernardo was doing heading the ball across the box and then they were all ball watching leaving Jota unmarked. Ed did his best Bravo impression. Equally shite on the second. Laporte played Mane on and Walker switched off. We were undone by shite defending, not great forward play.

sorry, but when you miss 6 clear chances in the first half , don't blame the defense for an occasional lapse , greed and incompetence in front of the goal cost us the three points .Sergio would be hat trick king tonight.

We were in front twice. If the defence does its job, we win. The 2nd goal was three lapses by three defenders straight after half time.

After watching that just sell Sterling and Jesus and put the money into getting Haaland.

Watching the replay of the Mahrez chance, he actually should have slipped Foden in on the left for a clear run at goal

You know what, we ripped into Joe for hugging Rooney after we played the rags.

Jesus pictured picking up and hugging Allison on the pitch. Fuck off out the club you wanker. You’ve never been good enough for us and you’re a fuckin dick head cry baby to boot. Fuck off.

People have paid to go today and they’re having to sit there while this dick head takes the piss missing sitter after sitter and then is all over their players at the end? Fuck off! Get the fuck out of the club!

My dads there and he’s 70 odd. He struggles walking without a walking stick so he stays about 15 minutes after full time to not hold any other fans up. He’s having to sit there watching Jesus hugging Allison from behind and having a laugh and joke? Fuckin disgraceful. The guy isn’t good enough.

You said it beefy.

This is what football is all about. Amazing entertainment and a clear gulf of class between what every neutral agrees are the best two teams on the planet.

The ref was very far from a homer but then again, wtf do we expect? It's been like this for years.
That's why pep went on his rant that time "we did, with no help" etc

We play against 12 men in almost ALL of the big games, whether we're home or away.

And we have this many pots.

Truly remarkable

There’s a lot to be said about how we have to beat 16 men every weak but even more about how we manage to do it.

What we seen today was a team who said, against all the negativeness, that we are here to stay and the only way you will get by us is if you can overcome what we stand for. We, for me, were far the better team who tried to control the game. Liverpool were the exact opposite and tried to get something on the break. 2 completely different games but both exciting and successful in their own right.

An interesting debate the other day where they all agreed that over the last few years, these were the 2 best teams that have graced the PL. By default, they were saying that City have been the best team in this era of football. Who could argue otherwise.
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

I’ve seen all week posters on here saying how poor Liverpool are and how they’re just long ball merchants.

If that’s the case then why are they so close to us? They’re a terrible team with two good players, yet they’re one point behind us in the league. We could and should have been 4-1 up at one point. They’re terrible.

Have to admit that it grieves my gears that "1 Point between us" statistic agenda they kept on pushing this week and will continue to do so,
They are a good team, but if you want to be relevant, put it since Pep came here in 2016, not from 18/19 when the scouse cunts became relevant in the league.

what is it you are missing here ? what have you failed to understand ? If we had scored at least half of the six opportunities we had in the first half we would be at 5-2 . Liverpool are a good team and don't need anything given to them they are capable of scoring. However , we are more capable and blew it at least six times in the first half.

I'd piss myself laughing if we pull off the treble from under their noses.

We're supposed to be on the ropes, they're supposed to be unstoppable force, they told us they're favourite to beat us, yet, we walk away disappointed not won!. It could have been better and vise versa. It's still long way to go. Despite their euphoria, they're still behind lol.

I despise them with passion
