I agree that the WC has been shit so far. I didn't even enjoy the Korea game cos the Greeks were so shit. I did enjoy the second half of South Africa-Mexico though and thought Ghana-Serbia was quite good.

i get the feeling he is going to be a marked man for the rest of the tournament. will be interesting to see how he deals with it. but i reckon alot of the big boys will be sniffing around him from now on.

Aye, he does look alright going forward. He hasn't really been tested defensively yet though.

Back to de Jong, I hope it is just a confidence thing and he is capable of it. I'd celebrate more than most if he were to score twenty goals next season from midfield including a fair smattering of thirty-yard screamers.
