FUCK FUCK FUCK

Mancini should know by now that half the starting lineup today were unreliable little shits. Actually, I'm sure he did and was just wanting it confirmed. He now knows, one hundred per cent, that to guarantee a decent performance he has to start with what we all know to be his best eleven. The expression "you can't polish a turd" applies to bringing on Aguero, Silva and Richards today.
They could hardly be expected to pull everything together after the shambles created by shitesters extraordinaire De Jong, Nasri, Johnson and Dzeko. Oh, and I've not forgotten you, Kolarov. I can see a busy summer - and maybe a pretty interesting January.

We should fuck our patient approach right off.
Straight from the kick off go for the Jugular.
All teams are using the same tactics, & the more patient we are the confident they get.
An early goal blows their game plan right out of the window.
Do they have a plan B against us?

I thought Johnson played well & set up some great moves. Mancini told him to stay wide at the end, to make space for others, which imo impaired his effectiveness.

Little movement, inventiveness, pace or any idea in the final third. Not one offensive minded player that played well today. We are in deep danger of throwing this away. 3 wins from 7 is no-where near good enough.

Well it was offside. That sounds like a very reasonable excuse to me.

Should have been a consolation at best. With the amount of possesion we had in the final third, we should have had two or three.

An analogy:

We've gone from playing 'Fifa' on "easy" while slightly tipsy and relaxed, to playing it on "expert" while on LSD and having a panic attack.

We really have lost our way.

True but that doesn't mean we should be conned out of a potentially crucial point. With that plus the Silva 'pen' we have been fucked over for possibly 4 points.

Dont get me wrong, Im in complete agreeance that it was offside and that we were hard done to.

But if we are to just foucs on that incident rather than a poor 90 minutes, then we will be deluding ourselves.

Well if you wanted to look at it like that, we should have qualified in the CL because we should have had 2 clear penalties in the first half hour when Bayern didnt know what had hit them.

Its a glitch - possibly the one truly "bad" result of the season and to be fair whilst it was clearly offside to the TV viewer, I don't reckon it was particularly obvious from the touchline, as the player in the middle would have been obscuring the lino's view

We were badly shafted v Bayern but that's been happening to British teams v them since dinosaurs ruled the earth.

The lino was (sackably imo) out of position. City were disciplined & caught the bloke offside like they are supposed to. It's not good enough for a crucial game to be won by a goal like that.

and that was yesterday, whatts that got to do with us and sunderland. nobody only city fans want us to win this league the media hate us.

well im chilled now, and as for the no plan B, did we need one? I dont think so, we just needed someone on the bloody pitch that could score. We had more than enough chances to do so but just fucked them up, another day with the same play we would have been 3 or 4 up and out of sight. The only bonus from this is that the bindippers will come thinking they can take us, that will be better for us as the game will be much more open play.
I know everyone is now saying that we are having a woble, but what team goes through the whole season with out one. If we come through this even level with the scum by say mid Jan, my money is on City still. It really is shapping up to be a title taking game on the 28th of April, thank god its at ours then.

to be fair, a goal in the dying minutes of extra time is dramatic...i'd expect a commentator to big up the moment. it's dramatic.

if we can't win a match like WBA or Sunderland with squad rotation then we're fucked. End of story. That's not arrogance, it's reality.

Mancini needs to have a look at every player in the eye and see who wants this....

cheers

Agree with that 100% re starting 11. Its too difficult to pick he pace of the game etc when you come on as sub. Get the game won and then rest the players. Lets be frank, Sunderland are fucking shite, but we are struggling to break teams down when they park the bus and this is what 90% of teams are now going to do, even when we are the away team.

Hit the nail on the head there, to have 70% of the ball and not win is criminal. To be fair to Mancino in the post match interview he looked f**cking gutted either that or exhausted from blowing his top.

I think Silva looked more like Silva when he came on, so I don't agree with the always starting the strongest team idea. I think we have to rest some of these blokes. If we could have given Silva a full day off, I recon, by the look of him today, we would have seen the full tilt DS v scousers. Now I'm not so sure.

What the hell happened to Sergio? That guy came in on fire and hasnt done much for awhile.
Silva has been "poor" (by his standards) these last few weeks.
Yaya was wasteful.
Kolarov was awful and Nasri was poor too.

Vinnie was a beast in the back.

Not the end of the world but is a massive setback.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.
