You never have to wait long for the next one, as it is at least once a week at this stage.
Let's look at the latest one....
Chelsea v Swansea- at 1-1 Swansea denied a clear penalty with a clear handball in the box.
At 2-1 I think it's safe to say the outcome might have been very different.
Whether you're on the side of it being corruption, bias or incompetence, it's destroying the game.
If it continues to worsen, we'll havr fake seasons

This extreme luck is shaping seasons. Video replays asap or it's fake seasons

I agree about video replay decisions but still the rules are open to interpretation and, yes, the officials decisions are shaping seasons but hasn't it been that way for a long time?
Video replay decisions work very well in Rugby Union, at least for the tries, because the rules are very clear: no part of the body out of play, pressure on the ball, no part of an opponent's body on the ball.
But when it comes to football's handball rules then the official(s) have to consider hand-to-ball or ball-to-hand, proximity and natural arm position. Complex decisions have to be made for off-side also: moment of release, scoring part of the body and interferring with the goalie. Similarly for foul tackles, hands to faces, stamping, elbowing, and so on.

What exactly are we following at this stage? A weekly panto, that's what.
