I’m leaning towards Ederson , he needs to be brought down a peg or two - I’ll put him on my list as number 1 watch for the spuds game .

Only one assist this season, needs to up his game.

He hasn't been getting involved in the games at all.

I'm waiting for Gundo to come back. I can't wait.

Have you sent him a birthday card today?

I dont embrace that fuckign yellow ribbon he constantly wears.....I put up with it and accept it though.

About time he starts respecting our fans fucking wishes...hes there to train and manage the players , not there to dictate what the fans should or shouldn't do.

This

Love pep who the fuck wouldn’t But ffs
a lot of fans turned up in those fuckin yellow ribbons to back Pep He needs to come out and support the fans on this .

Pep is here to do a job. He doesn't care about fans the way Mancini did.

"I will be Mancunian for the rest of my life. I will be a Manchester City fan and it will be impossible to train another team like Manchester City in England because I feel love from the people here.

When the people say, what do you want? To be loved. The most nice thing is when you feel good with the other people."

He also said we miss loads of chances, but some of you don't believe him?

Or we do believe him but don't think it's as big an issue as others do.

Its funny how PeP mentions these missed clear chances every time we miss these clear chances, every other game.....funny that isnt it.

We miss chances - big, clear chances - just like every football team does from schoolboys up to top professionals. The reason it isn't such an issue FOR ME is because we make so many big, clear chances we can afford to miss some and still out-score every other team. So we win 2 or 3 nil instead of 5 nil most weeks. At the end of the season those misses will not have caused too many problems in the games I'm really interested in (and they don't involve teams from other countries - mainly because it's not our misses that count in those games).

What's funny about it? I recall watching his Barca sides and they'd miss some glorious chances, overplaying at times but then you always knew the next chance was just moments away and they'd bury it. We're spoilt.

The way i see it with "Missed chances" is that the figures themselves don't really explain it, perhaps a further breakdown is necessary ?

One on ones with the goalie we really should convert.

Shots from outside the box, nearby the post or corner flag miss ?

under pressure to shoot or a free run like fern last weekend.

Ball on the floor or bouncing awkwardly when shooting ?

Clear header on goal or obstructed jumping for the ball and get a shoulder to it ? (Laportes was a Shampoo (head and shoulders ) on Tuesday)

So many factors. At least we are making lots of attempts and for most of the game are around the oppositions penalty box and not ours.

It's bound to create some chances - and make defending easier too.
